Early childhood is where you build the foundations for your life. The environment where children grow is very important, especially in early childhood when they are expressing interests in the world around them. Engaging with their surroundings allows them to build understanding and fosters growth and development. "See, Touch, Feel, Think, and Act.” Having children create this cycle on their own we believe will greatly make a positive difference to their long-term development.

Fuji Kindergarten is, in a manner, old-styled and non-automatic, purposely creating small inconveniences to make children feel a little bit of adversity. When children encounter inconvenience, they learn to problem-solve on their own. There is GROWTH where critical thinking and problem-solving is being done.

In other words, the effect of inconvenience is inefficiency and, that is what we would like the children to experience and overcome. Although we can teach various things, experience cannot be taught.
